Accenture Launches Hack Diva Hackathon For Women Engineers; Apply Now!

Accenture is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can perform at their best, advance, and thrive. As part of their celebration for International Women's Day, Accenture is organizing Hack Diva, a hackathon specifically designed for female students who have completed their B.E./B.Tech. (full-time course) degree in 2022 or will be graduating in 2023.

The competition is open to 3rd and 4th-year female students from all engineering colleges in India.

Accenture Hack Diva: Key Highlights

Accenture Hack Diva is an online hackathon for women engineers. Top shortlisted contestants (as per Accenture's eligibility criteria) will be able to participate in Accenture’s Fast-Track recruitment process at an impressive starting salary for Associate Software Engineer at INR 4.5 LPA. All candidates who receive offer letters will be given the option to onboard as soon as possible.

The competition will be based on the MCQ and Coding round, and the top 10 candidates of Hack Diva will be awarded prizes worth INR 25,000 each. Top candidates will also get an entry to Accenture’s Fast-Track recruitment process. The competition's scoring system is based on Time Efficiency, Memory efficiency, Logical correctness, and Semantic Analysis.
