BEL Recruitment Trainee Engineers 2023: Tenure and Remuneration

The Trainee Engineer I will be engaged initially for a period of two years which may be extended up to a maximum of one year ( i.e maximum tenure of 3 years) based on the requirement and individual performance. The remuneration that shall be offered is as follows:

2nd Year	INR 35,000 PM
3rd Year	INR 40,000 PM

Note: In addition to above a consolidated amount of INR 12,000/- per year will be paid towards expenses like Medical Insurance & Life Insurance Premiums, Attire Allowance, Stitching Charges, Footwear Allowance, etc. The additional amount shall be paid in two installments.
