The Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited or BHEL is inviting applications for the posts of Engineer and Supervisor. The recruitment for BHEL will be on a Fixed Term Agreement (FTA) basis and candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are encouraged to apply for the designated roles before the deadline i.e 21st June 2022.

The application process for the latest round of BHEL recruitment will be both offline and online. Candidates will have to fill in the online application form as well as send a physical copy of the application to the Senior Deputy General Manager (HR) at BHEL.

Note: The tenure for employment is TEMPORARY and not fixed. Selected individuals will be hired for a project duration of 2 years or until the project is over, whichever is less.

BHEL Recruitment 2022: Key Details

The posts are purely temporary in nature and offered on a fixed tenure basis. This post is not against any permanent vacancy. This placement will not entitle the candidate to any regular/permanent employment in BHEL in the future.

POST	EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED	WORK EXPERIENCE	REMUNERATION
Engineer (FTA-Civil)	4 Year Full-Time Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Technology in Civil Engineering or 5 Year Integrated Master’s degree Full-Time. or Full-Time Dual Degree Programme in Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering from a recognized Indian University/Institute	Must possess excellent project execution capabilities along with good ability in project planning and problem-solving as well as time and resource management. Experience in decision-making is a plus. Must possess knowledge of MS Office, Auto CAD, and MS Project along with any related experience mentioned on site.	INR 78,000 per month In addition, reimbursement for a premium paid for Mediclaim Policy up to Rs. 2 Lakhs for Self, Spouse, and dependent members of the Family.
Supervisor (FTA-Civil)	3 Year Full-Time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized Indian University / Institute	Must have an insight into People Management and Project Execution capability along with a focus on Time and Resource Management. Good Computer knowledge/skills are a plus, and also must possess any related experience mentioned on site.	INR 43,550 In addition, reimbursement for a premium paid for Mediclaim Policy up to Rs. 2 Lakhs for Self, Spouse, and dependent members of the Family.

BHEL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must not be older than the age of 45 years as of 1st June 2022 although there will be relaxation for reserved categories as such -

3 Years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
5 Years for SC/ST candidates.
Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) Candidates:

By 10 years for General.
By 13 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer).
By 15 years for SC/ST.

Candidates MUST possess relevant work experience and educational qualifications as mentioned on site. Failure to comply will result in the rejection of the job application.
Candidates must submit all relevant documents mentioned on the official notification, or they will not be considered for further selection.
Government workers may have to produce a ‘No-objection Certificate’.

BHEL Recruitment 2022: Submission Guidelines

Candidates must be able to provide their relevant Degree / Diploma and Post Qualification Work-Experience certificates in original along with their application form at the time of interview.
Candidates who fail to submit original documents at the time of the interview will not be considered for the interview.
All candidates (except SC/ST/PwBD candidates) are required to pay a Non-Refundable Processing Fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) through QR Code (attached) or by means of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of BHEL, PSWR payable at Nagpur.
The vacant posts are eligible for Indian nationals ONLY.
