Associate Analyst- HR Analytics at Deloitte

Before a candidate applies for the role, he/she should be aware of his/her responsibilities as an associate analyst. Business analysts bridge the gap between IT and the business through data analytics to assess processes, determine various requirements and provide data-driven advice to the company. Its main task is to analyze the entire process and send reports to the executives and stakeholders of the company. Below is the list of the responsibilities that the candidate will have post selection:

1. The selected candidates will be responsible for data extraction, data analysis, and report preparation.
2. The employee will also have to deliver reports to the various DTTL’s (Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited) business leaders, weekly or monthly.
3. The employee will be expected to maintain a data dictionary, terminologies, and other documentations or SOP (Standard operating procedure) along with the reports.
4. He/she will also be responsible for the follow-ups of the weekly/monthly reports, documents and coordinate well with the manager.
5. Coordinate with the technical team to ensure proper testing that involves Tableau Scorecards, SAP report enhancements, etc.

What is the minimum qualification?

In order to apply for the job position, interested candidates need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria:

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in any of the recognized disciplines. However, B.Tech and PG are not allowed to apply for this job.
• Minimum work experience - 6 months; Maximum work experience - 1 Year.

A combination of hard and soft skills is required to apply for the position of Associate Analyst at Deloitte. Since the job demands analyzing and reporting of data trends to business leaders, communication skills form one of the important skill requirements for the company. Hence skills that the candidate must possess are:

1. Strong and effective technical communication.

5. Technical know-how and strong applied knowledge.
