Engineers India Limited is an Indian public sector company providing technology licensing and engineering consultancy services. The company through its EIL recruitment 2023 drive is inviting bright, ambitious, and energetic engineers to become a part of its team.

There are a total of 42 Management trainee job openings for fresh engineering graduates with the possibility to earn up to INR 19.23 LPA. In this article, you will find everything in regard to the eligibility criteria, how to apply, the selection process, and salary breakup.

EIL Recruitment 2023: Details

The company is looking to hire 42 engineers who will undergo a 1-year training program at EIL offices in New Delhi, Gurugram, Chennai, Vadodara, Kolkata, Mumbai, or other Project sites. The breakup of vacancies divided on the basis of disciplines are as given in the table below:

Note: Reservation for SC/ST/OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/EWS/Person with Disabilities candidates will be as per Govt. guidelines.
Also on successful completion of training, the Management Trainees will be considered for absorption as engineers at EIL and shall be on probation for a period of one year, thereafter.

Eligibility Criteria For EIL Recruitment 2023

The details of the eligibility criteria for the EIL recruitment are as specified in the table below:

Educational Qualifications	Engineering Degree i.e. B.E. / B.Tech./B.Sc. (Engg.) from a recognized university. Note- Students who passed out in 2022, or will pass out in 2023 are eligible.
Disciplines	Chemical engineering, Mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, Electrical engineers, Instrumentation engineering
Score	A minimum of 65% marks in the qualifying degree.
Maximum Age as on 01.07.2023	General- 25 years, OBC (non-creamy)- 28 years, SC/ST- 30 years, PWD (General)- 35 years, PWD (OBC-NCL)- 38 years, PWD (SC/ST)- 40 years

The selection process for those applying for the EIL recruitment 2023 will be as follows:

Candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of their marks in the qualifying degree and their performance in GATE.
Shortlisted candidates will further be required to appear for a Group Discussion, the intimation for which will be given through email.
Candidates selected post this will have to appear for a final interview and will be provided with to & fro transport costs (limited to 3rd AC Sleeper rail fare).

Visit the official recruitment portal.
In the ‘Management Trainees’ head, visit the ‘Click to Apply’ link.
Select the post that you are applying for. Note, that a single candidate can apply for only one position.
Click on the ‘New Registration Details’ tab and fill out all the required details. Save the ‘Registration No.’ that will be generated on submission for future reference.
Note that candidates must provide the correct GATE-2023 registration number as mentioned on the Admit Card.

EIL Recruitment 2023: Salary Break-up

The salary details for the Management Trainee- Construction profile are as follows:

Stipend Payable (Training period)	INR 60,000 per month + Accommodation & transportation Or INR 60,000 per month + INR 15,000 if accommodation & transportation not provided
Pay Scale on absorption	INR 60,000 to 1,80,000 per month
Other benefits on absorption	Location-based benefits and other allowances as applicable to Project Sites shall be paid. Transportation facility and transit accommodation shall be provided depending on the site location.
CTC on absorption	Approx INR 19.23 LPA (including superannuation benefits + performance-related pay)

The salary details for the Management Trainee- Others profile are as follows:

Stipend Payable (Training period)	INR 60,000 per month + Accommodation & transportation Or INR 60,000 per month + INR 15,000 in place of accommodation & transportation
Pay Scale on absorption	INR 60,000 to 1,80,000
CTC on absorption	Approx INR 18.25 LPA (including superannuation benefit and performance-related pay)
