Goldman Sachs, India is back with its annual ‘Engineering Campus Hiring Program’, to identify top talent across India to join engineering function at Goldman Sachs. Goldman Sachs is recruiting for the full-time role of a ‘New Analyst’ for Bengaluru, Hyderabad location. Engineering students, from all engineering streams, graduating in the year 2022 are eligible for the New Analyst role. Goldman Sachs: New Analyst Job Role

As a New Analyst at Goldman Sachs, the candidate will learn about Goldman Sachs’ businesses, develop important relationships, and build career-enhancing skills. The selected candidates will be working directly with internal and external clients, side-by-side with the experts in our firm. New Analyst is a full-time opportunity for engineering students graduating in the year 2022. 

The selected candidates will get a chance to:

  4. Build your professional network and interact with colleagues across divisions and regions 

Goldman Sachs New Analyst: Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria for the New Analyst role is quite straightforward. The 2022 New Analyst role is open for students graduating in the year 2022. (Full-time hire - May/June intake)

One thing to note, the company reviews applications on a rolling basis, and hence it is suggested to apply for the role as soon as possible. 

New Analyst: Program Timeline

  1. Registration: Open till 3 January, 2022 – 11:59pm IST.
  1. Assessments: 
  • Aptitude Test: January 9, 2022
  • Technical Test: February 13, 2022 (only for those shortlisted through the aptitude test)
  • Those shortlisted post the Aptitude Test will also be engaged in a month long coursework in the build-up to the Technical Test in order to help them prepare and upskill for the next assessment
  1. Interviews: Fourth week of February, 2022 to the Second week of March, 2022 (only for those shortlisted through the aptitude and technical tests)
