Google India has issued a notification for the recruitment of Engineering graduates across multiple job roles for Hyderabad location. The job roles comprises of both Technical as well as Non-technical domains for graduates with work experience in the field they are applying for.

Google Recruitment: Roles & Eligibility Criteria

Following are the available job roles and their respective eligibility criteria for which Google India is hiring:

Technical Roles

1. Lead Data Analyst, Payments, Trust and Safety

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Social Sciences or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in data and analytics.
• Experience with SQL database queries/analysis, writing code in web or mobile development language (Java, JavaScript, Python, Go, PHP, Android or iOS).

Auxiliary Qualifications

• Experience with payments fraud, Security or threat analysis.
• Solid understanding of how the Internet works economically, socially, and technically
• Demonstrated ability to identify workflow pain points, optimize and scale processes.
• Excellent communication skills. Comfortable interacting with internal and external users.

2. Data Analyst, Chrome Security, Trust and Safety

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in one of the following areas: security research, risk and fraud investigations, or operation in s management.
• Experience in data and analytics i.e. handling multiple datasets (using SQL, Python) and visualizing web-scale datasets for executive presentations.

Auxiliary Qualifications

• Experience with fraud risk management and investigations, Internet advertising, or e-commerce.
• Experience with fraud, threat analysis, and/or security working as part of a Security/Privacy team on data protection and user trust for an internet company.
• Ability to identify workflow pain points and optimize or scale processes.
• An understanding of web development languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python).

3. Corporate Operations Engineer, Contact Center Platform

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in troubleshooting issues for two or more operating systems (e.g. Linux, Mac, etc.).
• Experience in troubleshooting with applications and in a networked environment.
• Experience in IT Asset Management, Technical Troubleshooting, PLX, Network Operations, Customer Support Operations, Technical Support Operations, Chrome OS

Auxiliary Qualifications

• Experience providing infrastructure/technical support and solutions for high profile internal customers.
• Deep understanding in three or more of the following within IT Operations: Troubleshooting Windows, Mac OS, Unix, Chrome OS, Networking, Scripting and Automation, or Application troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of process implementation & Documentation
• Understanding of IT change management best practices will be desired but not mandatory
• Excellent SQL Scripting

Non-Technical Roles at Google 

1. Facilities Manager

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 9 years of combined facility management experience and service experience with an emphasis on facilities, hospitality, corporate services, property management, or equivalent office management.

Auxiliary Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with other business units to meet company goals and standards, and act with integrity in all business transactions.
• Proven record of effecting strategic change and initiatives were prudent.
• Ability to think ‘out of the box’ and bring creative, nonstandard, and innovative solutions to the table.
• Ability to communicate in written format as well as meetings, and ability to travel across the offices in your region.
• Comfortable and engaging presenting in front of large crowds.
• Advanced leadership skills, with proven ability to influence at all levels.

2. Engagement Manager, Google Cloud Professional Services

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of customer-facing experience, interfacing with executive stakeholders, driving IT technical implementations, transformation programs, or other initiatives.
• Experience supporting customers in one of the following: cloud operations, IT consulting, or program management organizations.

Auxiliary Qualifications

• MBA or Master's degree in a management, technical or engineering field.
• 7 years of customer-facing experience.
• Demonstrated experience in value consulting, proposal development and execution with public cloud providers.
• Experience collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators and third parties to deliver and manage implementation of high-impact solutions.
• Knowledge of three or more of the following: IT operations, database systems, networking, IT security, application development, service architecture, cloud-native application development, hosted services, storage systems, and cyber security.

3. Business Operations Manager

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience in strategy, operations and communications
• Experience writing for and working directly with CEOs, SVPs or other senior executives

Auxiliary Qualifications

• Project management skills with experience building and executing new programs and managing them to scale.
• Experience working on large events and projects that require cross-functional collaboration
• Video, graphics or other multi-media expertise.
• Ability to think, plan, execute and organize multiple projects simultaneously while acting as an effective team player who can lead efforts across disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to work calmly and maintain good judgment in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
