• Must involve themselves in the development of their professional effectiveness and focus on the individual as well as team objectives.
• Must have good communication skills and the ability to work in teams with complete effectiveness. 
• Must work in writing codes, designing applications as well as testing, debugging, and maintaining software applications across various platforms and technologies. 
• Must be able to solve challenging problems provided by clients by making use of future-defining solutions. 

IBM Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Requirements 

• Candidates must have completed formal education as well as obtained their degree to be in a position to work with IBM. 
• Fluent communication skills and interpersonal skills (both written and spoken).
• Must have completed their course in the year 2020 or 2021 with a 6.0 CGPA or a grade of 60% in one of the following majors: 
• Bachelors in Engineering(B.E)
• Bachelors in Technology(B.Tech)
• Masters in Engineering(M.E)
• Masters in Technology(M.Tech)
• Masters in Computer Applications(MCA)
• Masters in Science(M.Sc) in CS/IT 

                                OR 

• Other Semi IT/ Circuit Branches

• Must have no active backlogs.
• Should have basic programming knowledge (preferably in Java, Python and Node.js) as well as possess Life Cycle Concepts of Software Development.

  The selection process for the Hiring Drive will consist of three rounds-   

• Coding Capability
• English Language
• Personal Interview
