National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) Recruitment 2023, invites online applications from eligible graduates and postgraduates for the post of Assistant Manager Grade ‘A’ in the Rural Development Banking Service (RDBS).

NABARD is India’s apex development bank established in 1982 by an Act of Parliament to promote sustainable, equitable agriculture and rural development. It has been aiding in nation-building through participative financial and non-financial interventions, innovations, technology, and institutional development in rural areas.

Age relaxation with regard to the upper age limit for candidates belonging to various reserved categories will be applied as per government norms. 

NABARD Recruitment 2023: Important Dates

Eligible candidates must keep in mind the following important dates of NABARD Recruitment 2023 as mentioned in the table below:

A non-refundable application fee of INR 650 & intimation charge of INR 150 must be paid for successful registration. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ PWBD will be exempted from paying the application fee but will be required to pay the initmation charge of INR 150. 

NABARD Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

The selection process for the assistant manager NABARD 2023 will be conducted in 3 phases namely- preliminary examination, main examination & interview. 

The preliminary examination will be of 200 MCQs of 200 marks. It will be conducted through an online computer-based test. 

Those candidates who qualify for the preliminary examination will be called for the main examination. 

The main examination will consist of 2 papers carrying an overall mark of 200. It will be a mix of MCQs & descriptive writing which will be conducted through an online computer-based test. 

Candidates shortlisted in the main examination will be called for an interview that will comprise 50 marks. Candidates may opt for an interview either in Hindi or English.
