How To Apply For NALCO Bhubaneswar Recruitment 2022

• Log onto the official website. The application mode is online only.
• Fill out the application form.
• Make sure you meet the eligibility criteria before filling out the application.
• Make the payment, the application fee is INR 500 for Gen, OBS & EWS categories, and INR 100 for all others including departmental candidates.

Selection Process For NALCO Recruitment 2022 & Required GATE 2022

The selection process for the recruitment opportunity is as follows:

• The candidates who successfully submit their applications will be considered for recruitment on a merit basis.
• Candidates must meet the minimum percentage mark requirement for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• In addition, candidates are also required to have cleared GATE 2022 (an older score will not be considered)
• Authorities will shortlist candidates for personal interviews on the basis of their aggregate percentage in previous degrees and GATE 2022.
• The final selection will be based on the GATE 2022 score and PI performance, the weightage assigned to them will be 90% and 10% respectively.

Compensation Package For NALCO Recruitment 2022

Final select candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 40000 - 3% - 140000/- for the one year of training with starting basic pay of Rs 40,000/- irrespective of past experience or last drawn pay. Post successful completion of this training, candidates will be absorbed as Assistant Manager at E1 grade in the pay scale of Rs. 60000- 3%-180000/- with one additional increment.

Besides basic pay, employees will be entitled to Dearness Allowance, HRA, perquisites under the cafeteria approach, performance-related pay, medical facility for self & dependents, and superannuation benefits, etc.
