SCMHRD Final Placements: Highest International CTC At INR 61.50 LPA; IT/ITES and BFSI Dominates

Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development (SCMHRD) has successfully concluded the Final Placement Process for the Batch of 2022 which included students from the regular MBA (specializations in HR, Finance, and Sales & Marketing), MBA in Business Analytics, and MBA in Infrastructure Development and Management. The highest international and domestic CTC stood at INR 61.50 LPA and INR 35.50 LPA, respectively.

For the 2021-22 Final Placement season, SCMHRD saw the participation of both eminent legacy recruiters and first-time recruiting partners. A total of 110+ companies participated in the final placement week. Some of the biggest corporates reaffirmed their faith in SCMHRD, by offering coveted roles in different sectors to the students and opening up new roles for various specializations.

Key Highlights of SCMHRD MBA Placements

• The average CTC of male students stood at INR 20.52 LPA whereas the female students bagged slightly more with the average CTC of INR 20.81 LPA.
• The average CTC increased to INR 20.40 LPA from INR 16.50 LPA in 2019-21 (an increment of 23.64%). 
• The median CTC rose to 20 LPA with an increase of 33.33%; maintaining the gold standard of the institute in spite of the placements continuing in a virtual setting.

• The highest CTC of the MBA in Business Analytics batch at SCMHRD stood at INR 32.00 LPA.
• The average CTC of the batch was clocked at INR 17.30 LPA - an increase of 9.49% from last year.
• 67% of the batch had work experience of 2 to 3 years, while the average work experience of the batch was 33.68 months.

• The highest CTC for the 2022 batch was recorded at INR 26.50 LPA.
• The average CTC stood at INR 14.31 LPA - an increase of 14.48% from the previous year.
• The median CTC of the batch saw an increase of 18.64% as it went up to INR 14.0 LPA from INR 11.80 LPA in 2021. 
• The IT/ITES sector emerged as the top recruiter attracting 46% of the students in the batch.
