SIBM Pune Placements: Highest Domestic CTC Up By 49.77%; Average Package Stood At INR 23.06 LPA

SIBM Pune, the flagship institute of Symbiosis International University, recently announced the successful completion of the Campus Recruitment Programme 2021 for the MBA Flagship and MBA Leadership & Strategy batch of 2020-2022. More than 100 organizations participated in the recruitment drive. The highest domestic package this year stood at INR 45.50 LPA, a significant increase of 49.77 % from last year while the SIBM Pune average package stood at INR 23.06 LPA, a 17.89 % rise from last year.

The cycle witnessed 210+ offers made to the students in the fields of Finance, General Management, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing and Supply Chain & Operations. This year’s highlight was the increase in participation from the Consulting sector, with 30% of the total offers, a true testament to the talent at SIBM Pune.
