TCS hired 43,000 freshers in the first half of 2021 and is planning to hire another 35,000 engineers in the next six months. However, the attrition rate in TCS rose to 11.9% in the July-September quarter from 8.60% in April-June. Further on, Infosys is going to hire 45,000 college graduates in the coming few months.
