One of India’s largest IT services providers, the Tata Consultancy Services or TCS has invited applications from MBA graduates (including freshers) to apply for the off-campus drive. Candidates selected through the TCS off-campus drive will be joining the company in FY22-23

TCS MBA Hiring 2022: Eligibility & Other Details

According to the official notification, the TCS MBA hiring is open to all graduates from colleges pan India with Year of Passing (YOP) 2020, 2021, and 2022. Candidates applying for the post will be required to appear for the TCS MBA hiring test remotely, and those who get selected in it will be considered for the next phases.

Describing the opportunity, the notification states, “The path to build a strong foundation to a remarkable career is now open for all PAN India candidates with Year of Passing (YOP) as 2020, 2021 & 2022 for permitted specialisations only”.

TCS MBA Hiring 2022: Registration Procedure

Step 1. Open the TCS Next Step Portal. Log In to the portal

Step 2. Register for the TCS MBA Hiring and apply

There are different steps for users who have already registered as well as new users-

Scenario A: Registered users must log in and proceed to complete the application form. After submission, click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Scenario B: New users must complete the registration process first. Click on Register Now, choose the category as ‘IT’ and fill in your details. After filling in all the necessary details, submit the form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’

Step 3. Select mode of test as Remote. Click on ‘Apply’

Step 4. For status confirmation, check ‘Track Your Application’. Your confirmation status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive’.
