TISS Mumbai - HRM & LR Summer Placement Report 2020-22

TISS Mumbai successfully completed its summer placement process for the HRM & LR batch of 2020-22. The placements were concluded in the month of October 2020 and ended on a good note as all the participating students received the summer internship offers. The average of the top-15% of the offers stood at INR 3 Lakhs, while the average of the top-25% of the offers stood at INR 2.92 Lakhs. The key highlights of TISS summer placements 2020-2022 are as follows:

The process witnessed the participation of regular recruiters like Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Citibank, HUL, ITC, Mahindra and Mahindra, Marico, Nestle, RPG, TAS, Wipro, etc. Companies like Cipla and GSK were back on campus after a hiatus. Headsup Corporation, Honeywell, Mahindra Logistics, Myntra, NXP Semiconductors, Power Grid and Welspun were among the first-time recruiters. 

Amazon was the biggest recruiter making seven offers, followed by ABG, Cipla, DRL, Flipkart, HPCL, and Wipro. The maximum number of candidates will be interning in E-commerce, followed by conglomerates and FMCG.

Over the years, TISS Mumbai has earned recognition as an institution of repute. With their successful Summer Placements 2020-2022, they have once again proven their bright legacy!
