The journey to the top

On the other hand, for Team Prime Protein Chips the focus was keeping it simple. In the words of the Team,
“Since the different aspects of the idea were vast, we wanted to keep our strategy as simple as possible. We divided the core areas amongst ourselves and had discussions on the progress in each core from time to time. The main challenge for us was to clearly filter out the insights that we received from the surveys and then carefully focus on the important information that was related to our product.”
No place for conflicts!
Quite surprisingly, both the top teams, Team Ideal and Team Prime Protein Chips, never encountered any team conflict during their journey!
As per Team Ideal, Mavins was the best teacher for teamwork. The team commented,
“To be honest there was no single conflict that happened in the journey of the competition. No arguments occurred, even though all four of us had different opinions. We valued each other's opinions and our conversation became constructive rather than argumentative.”
For Team Ideal, Mavins 2022 helped them to come together as a team and work effectively. Their coordination finally led them to win the competition. The special bond continues even after the event. The team is like a family now.
Smith Patil from Team Prime Protein Chips considered his team as a ‘dream team’. Commenting on his team’s dynamics, he said,
Lessons for academic and personal life
For team Prime Protein Chips, the main learning was to look for the correct insight for the development of the new product. The competition taught them how to decide the supply chain model and focus on the targeted customers for the product.
While Team Ideal too had a lot to take from Mondelez Mavins 2022. The team said,
"In the due course of the event, we could feel a spiritual transformation within ourselves. It taught us various lessons like time management, critical decision making, leadership qualities, presentation skills and the best part is that it made us understand the power of teamwork!"
Moments to cherish
For Team Ideal, their most special moment from the event was of course, the winning moment!
When we asked them to elaborate on the same, the team said, “The best among the best moments would be the moment of winner declaration. We were on the college campus during the finale. All our friends, faculties, and family were eagerly watching the result announcement. The moment our name was announced, the time frame froze for a while for us. We couldn't control our happiness and excitement. The whole college gathered to congratulate us on the special moment. It was just amazing.”
And for the runner-up team it was their experience at the Q & A round. Smith from the team said,"I think we all were proud of one another for the way each one of us answered the questions. We were totally satisfied that we gave our best."
The two teams indeed gave their best with their splendid performances at Mondelez Mavins 2022. Cheers to victory!
