This will be a submission round! You will see the “Submit” button here once the round is live. Shortlisted teams will be selected for the case submission round based on the quiz score. Teams will be shortlisted for the "4-6-Slider"(excluding the intro and thank you slide) ppt based on the feasibility and innovative and strategic approach. All that you need to know about TISSOLVE : Industrial Relations Case Challenge
Can you strategize on the issues regarding the compensation of employees in the shortest span of time? If yes, here is an opportunity that can test your mettle. Introducing TISSOLVE, an industrial relations case competition! TISSOLVE tests the participants on their knowledge, application, and proficiency in handling Industrial Relations issues. From your labour law knowledge to your negotiation skills, TISSOLVE, will test your IR acumen like never before. A flagship event of Vaishvik 23, it has witnessed the participation of over 1000 students so far. The cases are based on real-life incidents and are drafted by industry veterans.
Instructions:
- Each team should comprise 1-3 participant(s). Inter-specialization teams are allowed.
- Multiple entries from a single institution are allowed.
- However, no applicant should be a part of more than one team.
- Teams that do not adhere to any of the rules and guidelines can be disqualified at any phase of the event.
- The decision of the judges shall be final in all matters.
- The organizers can modify the rules of the event as per the exigencies.
- Further details about the event would be communicated to all the participants through their registered email ids.

- End Date: 13th March 2023, 11:59 PM IST
- IR Case Solution Submission:
- Shortlisted teams will be selected for the case submission round based on the quiz score.
- Teams will be shortlisted for the "minimum 4- maximum 6 Slider"(excluding Intro and thank you slide) ppt based on the feasibility and their innovative and strategic approach.
- The naming convention for the presentation submission shall be TeamName_CollegeName.
- Start Date: 14th March 2023, 9:00 AM IST
- End Date: 18-20 th March 2023, 8:00 PM IST
- Presentation Round:
