The official notification for BHEL recruitment 2021 has been released for the post of Supervisor Trainee(Finance). The application process will commence from 5th April 2021 and will continue till 26th April 2021. Interested candidates can apply for the same during this duration.

BHEL Recruitment 2021- Selection Process

BHEL recruitment 2021 selection process comprises two stages. Candidates interested in joining BHEL as Supervisor Trainee will have to clear both the stages in order to be considered on the merit list for joining. 

Stage I 

Computer Based Examination: All eligible candidates will have to appear for a Computer Based Examination. Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussions in order of merit in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each category based on the examination marks and requirement 

Physically Challenged candidates will be given upto 20% relaxation below the cut-off marks (in their respective categories) for being shortlisted for GD. All the candidates obtaining the same cut-off marks in their respective groups will also be called for Group Discussions

Stage II

Group Discussions: Group Discussions is the second stage of the selection process. Group Discussion will be on topics related to Current Financial Matters and/or on topics related to qualifying subject matter. 

All candidates shortlisted for the Group Discussions Stage will have to attend and complete this stage of selection process, in order to be further considered for being placed on the merit list. Group Discussions will be considered at the qualifying stage. 

Candidates scoring more than 50% marks in Group Discussions will be considered as qualified. The final merit list will be prepared only on the basis of the examination score. Candidates qualified in Group Discussions will be placed on the merit list in the order of their examination scores.

Training at BHEL, Basic Pay and Perk

Candidates who will join BHEL as Supervisor Trainees through the process of BHEL recruitment 2021 will undergo training for one year. During training period, basic pay of INR 32,000/- in the scale of pay of INR 32,000- 1,00,000/- will be paid. After successful completion of training, the trainees will be taken in as Supervisors on the scale of pay of INR 33,500-1,20,000/- with basic pay of INR 33,500/-. 

Besides basic pay, some other facilities that will be given as per company rules and will be applicable from time to time are as follows:

  1. Dearness Allowance (Currently 17.2% of Basic Pay)
  2. Perks and other Allowances (31% of Basic Pay)
  3. Leave
  4. Medical facilities for self and dependent family members
  5. Provident Fund
  6. Gratuity
  7. Uniform
  8. Canteen Facilities
  9. Company’s accommodation or HRA

The approximate CTC for Supervisor Trainees is INR 7.5 Lakhs per annum.
