Good news for engineers and MCA graduates, as Capgemini off campus drive announced a mega recruitment plan under the Exceller Diversity Programme for recent graduates. Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2022: Basic Details
Selected candidates must be ready to work across technology, domain, and role. They must also be prepared to relocate to any Capgemini location around India and be ready to work in shifts.

For the evaluation process, candidates must possess basic infrastructure for virtual evaluation such as laptops or desktops with video and voice-enabled facilities along with a stable internet connection.
An intense training period of 8-10 weeks will be held for the selected candidates, where they will be trained on various technologies including Cloud Infra Services, Web Technologies, Digital Technologies, etc.
Candidates will receive a stipend during the training period.
Capgemini Off Campus Drive 2022: Eligibility Criteria
As per company specifications, candidates must hold any one of the following educational qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech (applications allowed from all branches).
- ME / MTech/ MSc (Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science).
- MCA
An evaluation process will be held, which will consist of the following stages:
- MCQ-based English communication test
- Game-based aptitude test
- Behavioral competency profiling and
- Interview

Candidates must have graduated in 2019, 2020, or 2021. There should be no backlogs at the time of appearing for the off-campus drive at Capgemini.
