Candidates selected for the designated post will be responsible for fulfilling Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements on the basis of a periodic review in line with client policy. Candidates are expected to deliver against targets for both productivity and quality, maintain their pipeline, and take feedback from approvers who are responsible for quality checking.

Additional description 

• Requires ability to work to high standards of quality in performing corporate renewal reviews of Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence,
• Must possess a clear understanding of client policy and procedures as well as their application on client delivery.
• Must be familiar with information documentation requirements for corporate structures in KYC context/ evidence requirements. Such a task requires an in-depth knowledge of corporate structures i.e. privately owned or public companies, trusts, and partnerships.
• Proactive review and follow-up on referrals and queries. Candidates must possess the ability to determine needs for escalation to Subject Matter Coach (SMC)/ Subject Matter Expert (SME) or to the client.
• Must have a proper management of caseload throughout end-to-end process in a timely manner. 
• Candidates must administer actual performance to plan and carry out decisions to ensure business objectives are maintained.
• Must know how to source data from a number of sources/systems and transfer the data to the primary system in an accurate manner.

• Must possess a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with 0-1 year of experience(freshers accepted)
