Capgemini India - the Indian arm of the French IT giant has announced plans to hire for 60,000 jobs in India in FY23. The company is all set to establish new units focusing on developing Research & Development labs that will work on next-generation tech solutions such as 5G, quantum, and Metaverse.    

The demand for talents with the relevant skillset is so high that the French company will hire significantly more new employees than the previous year. The demand for fresh talent at Capgemini is going to go up in the upcoming months which in turn will open up a host of new opportunities for those who have the relevant skills.

Selection Process For Capgemini Recruitment

There are 4 stages to the Capgemini selection process and only the candidates who successfully go through all of them will be selected for Capgemini recruitment.   • The Reasoning Ability section of Capgemini consists of questions based on visual reasoning, blood relations, attention to detail, statements & Conclusions.

After the Written Test round, the candidates will have to appear for a technical assessment round. In this round, the technical skills of the candidates with regard to the concerned job role will be tested. The technical assessment round will be followed by an MCQ round on English Communication.   

The final round of selection will involve an HR interview, after which the candidates will be selected for the Capgemini jobs. 

Educational Qualification For Capgemini 

  • A background in Engineering - B.E / B.Tech (any stream)
  • M.Sc in Computer Science/ IT students are also eligible.
  • MCA graduates are also eligible for certain job profiles at Capgemini.
  • All courses must be full-time and have approval from the Indian Central/State governments.
  • Applicants need to have at least 60% marks in both 10th and 12th grades (or diploma).
  • A minimum of 60% marks in graduation is also essential for some job profiles.
  • All outstanding backlogs must be cleared while applying for Capgemini recruitment. 

Recruitment Policies For Capgemini Recruitment  

  • Only candidates who have not appeared for an interview with Capgemini will be eligible to apply.
  • If a candidate has been rejected after an interview with Capgemini then he/she will not be eligible.
  • In case of cancellation of candidature by Capgemini (for whatever reason) in the past, he/she will no longer be eligible.
  • If a candidate has failed to appear for an interview then they can reply and will be kept in the same bracket as fresh applicants.
