XLRI (Xavier School of Management) is a private business school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand India. In this article, we have discussed the group discussion topics that have been put forth by XLRI in recent years. But first, let us quickly take you through the admission process of XLRI. 

XLRI Admission Process  

XLRI’s admission process includes the following 3 steps:

  1. XAT (Xavier Aptitude Test) exam
  2. Group Discussion Round (GD)
  3. Written Ability Test (WAT)
  4. Personal Interview Round (PI)

XLRI GD Round and GD Topics

The XLRI GD round usually lasts 20-30 minutes. In this round, a group of students (8-9) are given a topic to discuss. When the topic is revealed, students are given some time to think about it and then each participant has to speak on it for about 1 minute. When every participant has spoken, the floor is thrown open for everybody to discuss among themselves.
