GATE 2021 final answer key along with question papers released on the official website!

IIT Bombay has released the GATE final answer key 2021 along with the question papers on their official website. After the “challenge/contest” round of the previously announced answer keys, subject experts from various IITs-IISc had reassessed the answer keys. The GATE 2021 committee has officially ratified the reassessed answer keys. The results of GATE 2021 will be announced by 22nd March 2021, using these final answer keys.

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is the qualifying exam for admission to various postgraduate courses in the field of engineering (MTech, ME), architecture, and sciences in some recognized institutions of India and abroad. This year it was conducted by IIT Bombay in a computer-based mode in morning and evening shifts.

GATE exam score validity and selection criteria

The GATE exam score remains valid for 3 years. The candidate needs to qualify for a minimum expected cut-off released by the conducting authority and the institute’s own qualifying cut-off in order to get shortlisted for counseling. The cut-off depends on a variety of factors such as the number of candidates who took the exam, difficulty level of the exam, number of seats available for the course, category of the candidate. Finally, CCMT counseling will be conducted for admission to NITs, IIITs, CFTIs, and COAP counseling for admission to IITs.

2. Click on “GATE 2021 Question Papers and FINAL Answer Keys”
3. A new page will open with all the paper names and corresponding question paper & FINAL Answer Key links 
4. Select the link of the paper for which you wish to view the answer key 
5. The answer key pdf will open, download it for future reference

Candidates may use their response sheets and the FINAL answer keys to calculate their raw marks of GATE 2021 as per the marking scheme shown in the question paper.
