The Indian Institue of Management, Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has completed the final placement of the outgoing batch of the postgraduate program (PGP) and agro-business management (ABM) with the highest domestic salary package of INR 58 LPA and the highest international salary of INR 61.59 LPA.

The institute completed 100% placements in two days by securing 534 offers for 491 students.

Key highlights of IIM Lucknow Placements 2022

The virtual IIM Lucknow Placements 2022 were divided into two tiers -

Higher Entry Placement Process (HEPP) for candidates with 12 or more months of prior work experience and,
The final placement process, where all candidates were eligible to participate.

Students bagged various roles across Consulting, Finance, General Management, IT & Analytics, Marketing, and Operations with top recruiters across the country and overseas.

The highest domestic salary of IIM Lucknow rose by 13% compared to 2021. In 2021 and 2020, the highest domestic CTC was INR 51 LPA and INR 54 LPA respectively.

Similarly, the highest international salary went up by 9.98% compared to 2021.

As per the reports, the highest international CTC stands at INR 61.59 LPA in 2022, however, in 2021 and 2020, it was recorded at INR 56 LPA and INR 58.7 LPA respectively.
