Flipkart-backed Startup Ather Energy Is Hiring Software Developers, Salary Up To INR 12 LPA

Ather Energy is looking forward to recruiting students as full-time employees via their hiring challenge, CRAZE-A-THON, from the class of 2021 & 2022 at a package of INR 6-12 Lakhs.

The shortlisted candidates will be given an opportunity to work with the Software & Intelligence Team.

Founded in 2013 by IIT Madras alumni and supported by the founders of Flipkart, Tiger Global, and Hero Motocorp, Ather has successfully set up its footing in 29 cities and is constantly expanding. It has launched India’s first truly intelligent electric scooters, the Ather 450 product line, powered by a comprehensive public charging network, the Ather Grid.

Who can apply?

The interested candidates must,

Have a minimum of 75% in B.Tech
Be 2022 graduates with B.Tech in any discipline of engineering or 2021 graduates with B.Tech in CSE, IT, circuit branches (EEE, ECE, etc.) only

What are the skills required to be eligible?

The budding software developers must have,

A sound understanding of engineering fundamentals
Aptitude to pick up a new technology and deliver solutions
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to experiment and explore options that are out of the box
The ability to be able to work with minimal directions, but at the same time seek guidance when required

Roles and responsibilties

The shortlisted candidates will,

Be part of a great team
Get exposure to various subsystems of their vehicle which make it connected and intelligent
Learn all about Software Development and data platform, Product Development, Quality Assurance, the impact of Software Design decisions on varied aspects, e.g. Software deployment during Vehicle assembly, etc.
Deal with Data capture and analysis: Google Cloud/IoT/Big Data
Work at Front End Development: Full Stack, Java script, React, React Native and Application Development: Android, iOS, Node, BT, Wifi
Use Data tools like Python, R
Work with ECU Firmware Development: Battery Management, Body Control, etc.
Manage Algorithm and Modelling: Develop and validate simulation models for algorithms
to run on the vehicle
Interact with multi-disciplinary teams
Take initiatives to implement the next big idea
Help and grow his/her peers and in-process grow the team
