Journey Of 29-Yr Old Pristyn Care VP From A General Contributor To A Leader Of A 200 Member Team
Everyone begins his journey from a starting point. For most of us, this starting point signifies hard work and effort, mostly followed by failures and needed lessons that strengthen us for the journey ahead. Such is the story of Mudit Arora, the current Vice President of Pristyn Care.
Once a junior colleague
Mudit started off as a junior colleague in Pristyn Care, a young man full of hope and energy. Working with dedication and sheer will, Mudit never asked for a promotion or a raise, as mentioned by his seniors. He was there with the company from its earliest days, and he dedicated himself to bring Pristyn Care to a reputable position.
The struggling phase
Before joining PC, Mudit’s journey was not easy. After leaving college, he worked various jobs for 4 years, and also ran 2 startups, though they were not successful. What seemed to be was failure after failure for Mudit. Any man would lose hope after such a struggling phase.
But after a series of wrong decisions and failures, Mudit finally joined Pristyn Care. He started off as an individual contributor in the firm. He was one of the earliest joiners in Pristyn Care. Praised by his co-workers as well as his seniors for his hard work and dedication, Mudit never demanded any raise or promotion even after being more than capable. His seniors counted him among one of the most dedicated workers in Pristyn Care.
Hard work pays off…
With a series of big feats brought about by Mudit and other hard-working colleagues, Pristyn Care is now a leader in Secondary Care surgeries, with 400+ expert surgeons performing advanced surgeries for over 50+ diseases utilising the latest technology in medical science.
Witnessing his contribution, Pristyn Care promoted Mudit 5 times in 3 years, and now he is the Vice President of the 2000-member organisation.
The young man writes, “Sow and you shall reap. When we try to build a team with complete honesty, integrity, mutual respect, trust, ownership, and the basic fundamental principle of ‘All for one and one for all’, the ecosystem actually blossoms, and to see all that getting frutified, it really gives a sense if value addition and belief, that the task we have taken to make end to end patient journey, seamless, will be accomplished, very soon, with great conviction and automated! It also shows the culture we are trying to build in our teams and company, for overall growth, both professional buildup and personal satisfaction and happiness.”
