Zoho recruitment and interview process 2022

Before starting with the selection process, Zoho's recruitment team screens the CVs received to find candidates that appear to suit the job profile being offered. Post resume screening, the shortlisted candidates participate in Zoho's hiring process which includes the following tests: 

1. General Quant Test: 

This is actually an aptitude problem-solving round that consists of general quant questions and questions regarding the output of code.

2. Programming Test:

This round involves coding. 5 questions are asked and candidates are expected to code in C only.

3. Advanced Programming Test: 

This round consists of difficult questions from advanced coding that need expert coding skills. 

4. Technical Interview:

The technical rounds are intended to assess candidate skills and subject knowledge through questions about programming and computer science.

5. HR Interview:

This is the final round. It involves fundamental questions about your basic details such as educational background, personality, career ambitions, etc. After this round, the list of selected candidates is made, offer letters are rolled out and the onboarding process starts for new recruits.
