The E-Summit IIT Kanpur Campus Ambassador Program 2025 is a prestigious 3-month virtual program designed for dynamic and proactive students who want to:
- Represent IIT Kanpur’s entrepreneurship ecosystem on their campus,
- Build a powerful leadership and networking portfolio,
- Get an insider’s view of India’s top startup and innovation platforms.
As a Campus Ambassador, you will be the link between E-Summit IIT Kanpur and your college — promoting events, leading entrepreneurial conversations, and driving participation from your campus.
What You’ll Do:
As an E-Summit Campus Ambassador, you will:
- Be the official representative of E-Cell IIT Kanpur in your college.
- Lead outreach and promotion for E-Summit 2025, UpStart, and other national-level initiatives.
- Connect startups, student entrepreneurs, and innovators from your campus to E-Cell IIT Kanpur.
- Drive creative social media campaigns and share official announcements.
- Achieve fun weekly goals (registrations, posts, and campus activities) and climb the Ambassador Leaderboard!

About Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur
- Established in 1959, IIT Kanpur is one of the premier institutions established by the Government of India. The Institute's aim is to provide meaningful education and leadership in technological innovation and to conduct original research of the highest standard.
- The Institute began functioning in the borrowed building of Harcourt Butler Technological Institute in 1959 with 100 students and a small faculty.
- IIT Kanpur is now located on the Grand Trunk Road, 15 km west of Kanpur City and measures close to 1055 Acres. It has 108 buildings and nearly all IITK students live on campus. This land was gifted by the Government of Uttar Pradesh in 1960 and by March 1963 the Institute had moved to its current location.
