IIM Kashipur Placements 2022: Highest CTC INR 28.82 LPA, 350+ Offers Across Domains

The final placements for the 2020-22 MBA batches at IIM Kashipur have been successfully completed with the highest CTC reaching INR 28.82 LPA. According to the placement report released by IIM Kashipur, more than 150 organizations participated in the placement drive and rolled out a total of 365 offers across various domains.

Among the top recruiters were big names like Accenture, EY, Cognizant, Capgemini, and Deloitte. The institute also confirmed that this year the placements for the first-ever batch of MBA in Analytics were also successfully completed during the drive.

• Around 40% of the batch at IIM Kashipur this year had a no professional experience at all (Freshers).
• 58% of the students in the batch had come from an engineering/tech background, followed by 24% from Commerce/BBA.
• Among a total of 365 offers made, 53 were either PPO/PPIs - a 47% increase from the previous year.
• There was not much difference in the average CTC bagged by the top 10%, 20%, and 30% as they stood at INR 23.44 LPA, INR 21.51 LPA, and INR 20.06 LPA respectively.
• With more than 150 recruiters participating, the institute reported a 26.6% increase in the number of recruiters from the previous year.
• At 76%, the majority of the students in the MBA batches were male, while only 24% were female.
• When it comes to age groups, IIM Kashipur reported that 40% of the students fell in the 23-25 years age category. 

IIM Kashipur Placements 2022: Sector-Wise

With 38% of the students coming from the IT and Analytics background, IIM Kashipur reported that the IT/ Analytics sector was the top recruiting sector with 39% of students receiving offers from here. It was followed by BFSI with 30% recruitment and Management Consulting next with 11% of students going there.
