MDI Gurgaon Placements 2022 | Highest CTC INR 1.14 Crores; Average CTC Up By 13%

Management Development Institute (MDI), Gurgaon, has completed the placement process for the 2022 PGDM batch successfully. The highest CTC recorded at the institute stood at INR 1.14 Crores while the average CTC saw a 13% jump from the previous year.

Many top brands, including BCG, McKinsey, J.P. Morgan Chase, Google, and Microsoft hired students from MDI Gurgaon.

• The average salary at MDI Gurgaon witnessed a 13% jump from last year at INR 26.07 LPA. 
• The highest salary saw a 160% jump this year taking the CTC to a record INR 1.14 Crores. 
• The top 10% of the batch received a median salary of INR 44.20 LPA. 
• Close to 50% of the batch received CTC above INR 25 LPA. 
• 41% of all offers at MDI Gurgaon were made by consulting firms, 22% were made in BFSI, 13% in e-commerce and 10% in Tech/Media.
