Wipro Recruitment 2022: Apply For Elite National Talent Hunt; Last Date May 22nd!
IT giant Wipro Technologies is getting ready to conduct its Elite National Talent Hunt to recruit skilled engineering graduates and postgraduates for the post of project engineer. The talent hunt focuses on hiring freshers in the industry and candidates with passing out years 2021 & 2022 are eligible to apply.

Wipro Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
- Applying candidates must mandatorily hold a B.Tech/B.E degree or an M.E/M.Tech degree in a full-time course from a university recognized by the Central/State Governments.
- The Year of passing must be 2021 or 2022.
- Only one backlog is permitted at the time of the assessment stage.
- The maximum gap in education is limited to 3 years.
- Candidates should not have had part-time or distance learning mode of education in 10th or 12th.
- Minimum aggregate marks of 60% or above in 10th and 12th.
- The maximum age limit of a candidate is 25 years.
Note: Candidates with a degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Agriculture, and Food Technology are not eligible for Wipro recruitment 2022.

Wipro Recruitment 2022: Assessment Round
- Aptitude Test: A 48-minute-long test that will evaluate the candidates’ skills in verbal English, logical, and quantitative skills.
- Written Communication Test: A 20-minute test where applicants have to write an essay.
- Coding Round: A 60-minute test where candidates are to solve two programming questions. They can solve the problems in any of the following coding languages: Java, C, C++, or Python.
After the screening process, the selected candidates will be posted to the role of Project Engineer with a salary of 3.5 lakhs p.a. They will avail of a joining bonus of INR 25,000 after 6 months of joining, and merged bonuses on the 18th, 24th, and 36th month from the date of joining, along with yearly increments.
Note: Candidates who have taken part in any Wipro selection process in the recent six months are ineligible.
