Indian Institute of Information Technology-Allahabad, aka IIIT-A, announced the closing of the placement process for the 2022 MBA batch. According to the sources at the institute, 75% of the students from the MBA final semester of The Department of Management Studies at IIT-A got placed with the highest CTC clocking at INR 35 LPA.
Industry giants such as Jio, Ernst & Young, Airtel, Rutakshi Technologies Private Limited (Runo), Edelweiss, Impact Guru, BPO+, Newzen Infotech, among others have granted offers to students of the MBA course, said IIIT-A officials.

“The department has been providing industry-focused education in the area of management and information technology since 2004”, said HOD Shailendra Pandey on Friday, congratulating and praising the students at IIIT-A.
He also talked about opportunities extended to students from various national and multinational organizations like Statxo, Ernst & Young, and Outlook, etc for internships and mentioned that 100% paid internships were offered to first-year students. He congratulated the first-year students on their remarkable success with placements this year.
In further talks, Shailendra informed about the discussions between the placement team and firms like Infosys, Deloitte, Tata among others being in the last stage of discussions for their placement drive in the department. IIIT-A aims to achieve 100 percent placement this year, he added.

Shailendra congratulated Vineet Tiwari, training and placement officer (TPO) and Saurabh Mishra, placement coordinator of the management department of the institute for their impressive contribution towards placements along with all the MBA students who were successfully placed.
