  • To find the factorial of n, we have to multiply all the positive numbers by smaller than equal to n. So, we start from n, then n-1,n-2,n-3 and so on until 1.

    n! = n*(n-1)*(n-2)*....*3*2*1 = 1*2*3*....*(n-2)*(n-1)*n
