Eligibility Criteria for MindTree Application Process 2022

Here is a detailed eligibility criteria to apply for the recruitment process at MindTree. In order to be eligible, the candidate:

  • Should have more than 65% marks in 10th standard as well as 12th standard.
  • Should have a minimum of 65% marks in diploma, graduation.
  • Can have a maximum gap of 2 years in graduation.
  • Should not have any pending/active backlogs at the time of appearing for the Mindtree selection process.
  • Must have complete knowledge of coding and the latest programming languages. 

MindTree Recruitment Process 2022

MindTree recruitment test is a mix of written rounds, technical interviews, and HR interviews. There is no exact pattern of the rounds and it may change from time to time. However, we will give you with a rough idea of the recruitment process.

Round 2: Interview Rounds

After the candidate qualifies for the written rounds of the company exam, interview rounds are scheduled. The interview round includes:

  • Technical interview: Questions from topics such as DBMS, Relational Database Management Systems, MySql, Operating Systems, Network Applications, Time Complexities, etc. are asked to assess the technical knowledge of the candidate. 
  • HR interview: Basic HR interview questions, behavioral interview questions, etc. are asked.

To prepare well for the MindTree interview process, the candidates must brush up on their basic knowledge of Computer Science to face the technical interview questions. Apart from this, good communication skills and interpersonal skills will help to lay a good impression on the interviewer. Salary offered at MindTree

MindTree conducts a learning program for fresh recruits after the selection process. During this probation period, the recruits are paid a stipend. 1. Students of which engineering streams can apply for engineering profiles at Mindtree?

Students from B.Tech and B.E. streams of computer science, information technology, and all circuital branches are eligible to apply. 

2. During on-campus recruitment, how will one know whether they have been shortlisted by MindTree?

MindTree shares the list of shortlisted candidates with the college Training and Placement Office within 2 days of the on-campus selection process. 

3. Can I re-apply at MindTree if I am unable to clear the on-campus selection process?

Regretfully, the Mindtree campus selection process is a one-time activity and students cannot re-apply/re-appear for the same.
