Nagarro Recruitment Process: Details of Rounds
Every software development candidate must go through 3-4 rounds of the Nagarro recruitment process. The final offer (if any) a candidate receives will depend on their performance throughout this hiring process in addition to their educational background. In this section, we will have a look at what each of these rounds entails.
Round 1: Written Test 1
The first round of the Nagarro recruitment process is an online written test. There are three primary sections of this test, i.e. general aptitude test, technical ability test, and coding test. The questions asked are of easy to medium difficulty and the overall duration is 120-140 minutes. The structure of this exam is as follows:

This round is not that difficult to crack, all you need to do is polish your coding abilities, verbal skills, technical knowledge, and aptitude skills by taking a few practice tests before the actual one. Note that time management is critical for taking and acing such exams.
Round 2: Written Test 2
Candidates who clear the first round are extended invitations for a second written exam. This test is completely coding-based and generally happens on-site i.e. the current company office in your location, though there might be exceptions. It consists of 3-4 core coding problems of medium difficulty level and the overall duration is 40-50 minutes on average.
Round 3: Technical Nagarro Interview
After you have cleared both written exams, you will be extended an interview invitation. There are two rounds of interviews of which the first one is a technical interview. In this round, the interviewer will ask a mix of general introduction questions and technical/ coding questions, as well as coding-related puzzles. They might ask you to optimize the coding solutions you presented in the previous round, so plan your interview preparations accordingly. Topics generally covered in this segment are- DSA, OS, web development, SQL, programming languages, and tech stack relevant to the specific profile. The duration for this round is 30-40 minutes.
Round 4: HR Interview
This is the last round of the Nagarro recruitment process and it consists of general behavioral questions and questions based on your resume. The intent of this round is to assess your personality traits and general soft skills to see how well you fit the company profile and culture. The duration is 15-20 minutes and this is generally a non-elimination round.
