Eligibility for PhonePe Recruitment Process
The candidates who meet the following criteria are eligible for the PhonePe recruitment process:
- Candidates in the final year of graduation course (B.Tech/ B.E, BCA, B.Sc) in relevant stream from an accredited university.
- Candidates with M.Sc, ME/ M.Tech, and MCA in all relevant fields are also eligible for the PhonePe recruitment process.
- The candidate must have a minimum aggregate score of 60% in 10th, 12th, and graduation.

There are three ways to apply for a job at PhonePe and get started with the PhonePe recruitment process. They are:

Phonepe Recruitment Process: Details
In this section, we will discuss the selection process for those who wish to work at PhonePe. The PhonePe recruitment process comprises 4 rounds in total, as given ahead.
Round 1: Online Coding Test
The first round of the PhonePe recruitment process, which all eligible candidates must go through is an online test that consists of 3 coding-based questions on average. The round lasts for about 80-90 minutes, it is an elimination round, and the level of difficulty is easy to hard.
Round 2: Technical Interview 1
Once you clear the online test, you move on to the next stage in the PhonePe recruitment process. In this round, you will have to go through a technical/ coding interview that will start with a general introduction. The interviewer will then ask coding questions with the intent to assess your implementation skills and knowledge of logic and DSA. The duration for this round is 60-90 minutes and the level of difficulty of questions is medium to hard.
Round 3: Technical Interview 2
The third stage in the PhonePe recruitment process is also a technical interview. But in this round, the topics covered include (but are not limited to) Linux, OS, dynamic programming, and knowledge of programming language. The level of difficulty will be higher than in the previous rounds, and the duration is anywhere between 60-90 minutes.
Round 4: HR Interview
Once the hiring manager is satisfied with your performance in the technical rounds, you move on to the HR interview round of the PhonePe recruitment process and its duration is 45-70 minutes. In this round, the hiring manager/ recruiter will ascertain if you are a fit for the culture of PhonePe and if you align with its core values by asking company-specific questions.
